Can I check in/register at the event?

Registration must be done before 9pm Saturday April 27th. We regrettably cannot accept walk-ins.

Do I need to have singing experience?

No experience is necessary! Bring your voice and a desire to make music.

Is there an age restriction?

No, all ages are welcome! This is a intergenerational event designed for everyone who can participate. Know that we will be recording the event and no childcare will be available on site. There will be an adjacent area where kids are welcome to quietly play, under the supervision of the adults who bring them.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available on site and free of charge.

Is the space handicap accessible?

Yes, the space is accessible for wheelchairs and there is a t-coil for assisted hearing.

Where will this event be held?

The event will take place in Highland Park, Illinois. The exact location will be emailed to you 10 days before the event. The event runs from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM, with check-in starting at 3:30 PM.

How much does it cost to attend?

This uplifting music event is free for all to enjoy!

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a water bottle and your ID. We kindly ask that attendees do not bring backpacks or large carry cases. Check-in on site must be done in person.

Will there be food?

There will be no food at this event and we prefer that you not bring any. Please be aware that the facility has a strict no nuts and no peanuts rule. We will have water available throughout the event.

Are instruments allowed?

No instruments, please. This event is all about the power of our voices coming together. There will be a live band accompanying us.

Can I stay after the event?

The event concludes at 5:30 PM.

Will there be security?

Yes, there is hired security for this event.

Is there a dress code?

Dress is casual, appropriate for being videotaped. In order to provide a comfortable inclusive space for all, please avoid wearing anything with a political message.

Will this event be recorded?

This event will be professionally video recorded and edited to be used for archival and future advertising purposes. The default is that you are providing permission to be included in the video. If you would like to opt out, please be sure to check the box on the registration page. There will be a special seating area for those who prefer not to be included in the video.
